Policy for returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, and order cancellations.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email [email protected] and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before the order has been shipped. Write to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 8431294232. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
